We are not born with fears and irrational phobic responses, we learn them.
All irrational fears and phobias are merely inappropriate behaviour patterns that our subconscious mind has learned to respond with in specific situations.
By their nature, these behaviour patterns are anxiety based and often can’t be rationalised by the person experiencing them.
